Hello Stamplings!
No, it's not Monday already! I'm honored to be here today as a Guest Designer for TIME OUT Challenges! The brief for this challenge is Your Favorite Season! I love the changing tree graphic!
For me, it is a toss-up between spring or fall being my favorite season. While I was looking around and thinking about which way to go with my design, I found a NBUS sediment stamp from Memory Box called, "Harvest Love and Kindness," which made the decision easy!
I cut a stitched circle out of vellum and then added the white heat-embossed sediment. The background is simply a beautiful pp from Craft Consortium called Ink Drops - Sunset (perfect for fall), which I embossed with a leafy e/f. The leaf brooch is from Impression Obsession, balanced with a triplet of enamel drops.
This challenge is sponsored by Waffle Flower Crafts! The winner will be chosen by the Design Team, will receive a $25 store credit, and will receive an invitation to be a future Guest Designer!

On a personal note, it's ironic that I am posting for the TIME OUT challenge, because I need to take some time out from blogging for a while.
Even so, my plan is to keep NBUS running because it doesn't require much of my time and we all enjoy visiting the gallery and being inspired. When I can, I will continuing to visit your blogs and comment. Thank you for understanding!

This is such a wonderful card, truly in timing with your posting of the fall leaves! The colors are gorgeous and your embossing on vellum is perfect, as to not distract from those colors.

How could you not love fall best of all? A beautiful card with the lovely background and the one pretty leaf. The sprig you picked up on your walk is truly glorious with all those different fall tones on one little branch. I hope all is well with you and nothing worrisome. So smart to emboss the pp. I too love spring and fall...the middles of the extremes. Though summer here has been a breeze. Hugs my friend.

Your fall card is a beauty; the colors are so bright and hopeful. I think I have more energy in the fall and spring, so that makes them equally my favorite. While you are taking some time away from personal blogging, I will continue to try to contribute to the NBUS blog when I can. Sometimes life gets in the way, but I appreciate the way it gets me to try some items from my own NBUS pile.

This is so bright and beautiful Darnell, and lovely to see you as a GD over at Time Out. The paper embossed beautifully with that pretty leaf design and the added soft pink vellum white embossed with that wonderful sentiment looks great, and the sweet little die cut leaf is just perfect. We'll all miss you but take all the time you need. x

Hi Darnell, I have been a bit busy recently and got myself behind. Strangely I find I have a little time this afternoon despite getting ready to go away again tomorrow, and have caught up with your blog. This is a lovely fall card and those leaves are pretty special. I hope your blog break is providing you with a little space to look after the important people in your life. Sending happy and positive thoughts your way xx
Oh and now you are on a much deserved bloggy break. I haven't blogged or posted on social media for nearly a year - it's been a really long break for me and I currently have very little desire to post . I hope you are still creating and enjoying life!
