Unfortunately, it has taken me until almost the last day of January (already it's nearly the last day of January!) to make a Christmas card. At this rate, I'll have eleven cards made by December. Big whoop. But that's okay, next week starts another month and I'll try to do more better.
What counts is that I made one, right?! And here tis:
- "Randolph Day" ~ oh, how funny, can you imagine a "Randolph" day?! I mean "Rudolph Day," silly me. Rudolph Day, as you may have guessed, is a Christmas card challenge. The reins of Rudolph Day have been passed this year from Sarn to Maureen over at Scraps of Life by Scrappy Mo. The challenge only runs from the 25th day of each month to the last day of each month. I hope you check it out.
- Addicted to CAS is back from holiday break (YAY!) with a new code word: "WORLD."
- Christmas Card Challenges, where the theme is "Anything Goes"
- Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge, which is "Anything Goes."
Please help me welcome five more new friends to the Playhouse!
Ruby of Welcome to Ribenaruby's Blog! Ruby has been blogging since 2008! Ruby's love for paper started when she was a little girl living next door to a paper factory and she and her friend used to collect off-cuts of paper from there. Lucky girl! Words aren't really necessary when someone has had a creative blog as long as Ruby has! You know that you will find hours and hours and hours of fantastic inspiration when you visit!
Susangail Powell of Creating With Susan. Susan has been blogging since the very end of December 2013. She loves to enter challenges and she's received some well-deserved awards in return. In addition to cards, Susan enjoys making 3D projects, scrapbooks, and mini-albums. I love Susan's design process with her very CAS style and her wonderful execution!
Sandy Allnock of Sandy Allnock. You are getting a wealth of knowledge and inspiration in the New Friends Corner today as Sandy is another long-time blogger since 2007! I'm sure most of you are already familiar with Sandy through her beautiful works of art, her classes, and her own digital stamp designs!
Nelleke of Farmer Blog. Nelleke has been blogging since 2012. She is the mother of five and grandmother of three boys. As the grandmother of two boys, I know how much fun that is! Nelleke loves having her own craft room to make her wonderful creations. She also loves playing in challenges for inspiration and she has received many well-deserved honors.
Yolanda Garrido of Scrapping Time. Yolanda has only been blogging since 2013, but you would think she had been doing it for years longer. She is a multi-award winner in challenges and she is on several design teams. You will find no end of inspiration from Yolanda's spectacular works of art and tutorials!
