I have a crafty friend whose husband restores old cars. She can come home with any size craft purchase and it is small in comparison to his expenses.

I don't remember those SU cards - but I wish I had some. But to say that I don't like it when he is home, well we both do shift work and to be home is a blessing believe me sometimes it is all you want. I don't understand how women can be put off by there space being invaded. They do eat into our time a little. Maybe I am lucky but also unlucky.

Nice creative mess on the floor. As far as finding a way to cope when your husband retires, find things you can do together and other things that you do separately so that you have lots to share when you are together. then live every moment to the full and make lots of happy memories together. Thank you for your visit today. I am still working my way round the gang as far as I can. Hilarious post! Thank heavens my husband has a bike (or several) to strap himself on to whenever he has some free time, because having him around full time would see me bonkers! I'd even forego some craft money to buy him a hobby if need be, or have someone build him his own 'space' (that doesn't require renovations, because we've discovered that he's not quite the handiman he envisions himself to be. It's okay; the ceiling will dry after the leak...). Even though he's a gem, too much 'closeness' is too much!
